By purchasing at BeBe by SO-EN, you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions.
Account Terms
- To access and place an order using BeBe by SO-EN website, you must register for BeBe by SO-EN account by providing your full legal name, current/delivery address, phone/contact number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required.
- You acknowledge that BeBe by SO-EN will use the email address you provide on creating an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. BeBe by SO-EN cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.
- You are responsible for all activity and content such as orders, wishlist, or cart, collected, generated, stored, displayed or in connection with your Account.
Fulfillment Time
- You acknowledge that BeBe by SO-EN has 1-3 days to process orders before shipping out. The delivery time frame is based on your location. Please see FAQs for the delivery time.
- Processing of orders and delivery time frames can be extended due to seasonal holidays and unexpected circumstances (e.g. calamities, pandemics, etc.)
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- Once an order has been placed, transaction is final, and strictly NO CANCELLATION of order(s).
- BeBe by SO-EN has the right to cancel orders if it is from outside of the courier's serviceable areas. Cancelled orders from this event will be advised and refunded accordingly.
- BeBe by SO-EN will not refund any payment for returned orders that is due to change of mind or wrong item ordered. For more details, please see our FAQs.
- All refunds will only be processed thru Bank transfers.
