HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
- NCR (Metro Manila)- 1-3 days
- Luzon- 3-5 days
- Visayas & Mindanao- 5-7 days
Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, and natural circumstances beyond one’s control which may cause a slight delay during such period.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
BeBe by SO-EN accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
- Credit/Debit Card
- Gcash
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR REQUESTING RETURN/REFUND?
If you wish to return/refund an item, make sure that the following conditions are met.
The following conditions apply to all BeBe by SO-EN Returns:
- Original order slip
- Clothing item with hangtag
- Within 7 days upon receiving the parcel
The following conditions apply to all BeBe by SO-EN Refunds:
- All refunds will only be processed thru Bank transfers
- Cancelled orders that is made on our end due to the address is out of courier's serviceable areas will be advised and refunded accordingly.
The following reasons for return/refund are applicable
- Did not receive the order
- Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
- Received the wrong product/s (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different product)
- Received a product with physical damage (e.g. scratched, torn, miscolored)
The following reasons for return/refund are NOT applicable
- Change of mind/wrong item ordered
- Personal sanitary products - such as diapers, plastic panties, briefs, etc.
Please note that any request that does not meet BeBe's Return and Refund policy is ineligible for return/refund. Bebe by SO-EN has the right to refuse any return/refunds due to fraudulent suspicions.
